What Are Apprenticeships?

Apprenticeships are jobs that combine work with study. Every apprentice is employed and earns a salary right from day one. Apprenticeships take between one and 6 years to complete. The overall time depends on the one you choose and your previous experience.

Atoma Union works with large and small companies that cover a wide range of industries so there’s no limit to how you want to begin your new career. As an apprentice, you will earn as you learn. When you complete the apprenticeship, you will have a either an NVQ, BTEC or City & Guilds qualification, depending on who you work with. Apprenticeships are highly regarded qualifications that are sought after by employers.
