About Atoma Union
Our aim is to deal with issues surrounding the youth such as crime, mental health, unemployment and many more.
At Atoma Union we believe in the future generation. The youth will be the driving force in innovation, creation and the development of the new world. They will be the pioneers of the future therefore we believe that we should support them as much as possible. Our aim is to deal with issues surrounding the youth such as crime, mental health, unemployment and many more.
At Atoma Union we give youths age 16-24 numerous opportunities to counteract these problems through different programs that we offer. And these programs are designed to tackle these difficulties head on.
We offer young people the opportunity to work. The job involves interacting with the general public and selling magazines in order to earn an income and generate funds that can be reinvested into the social enterprise.
Why We Do This
We believe that the government are not supporting enough youths orientated programs. The youths have no role models and mentors to support and guide them. The shutting down of youth clubs and centres are having a negative impact on young people. This is fuelling the increase in gangs and violence. Therefore, at Atoma Union we want to counteract this and create an environment where the youth can be mentored and be able to interact with one another in a peaceful and productive way.
